A growing logistics and warehousing business supporting container imports through the Port of Felixstowe is looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator to support customer accounts within its Ipswich operation.
With a salary of up to £40,000, this is a strong opportunity for someone currently working in logistics, warehouse administration, freight forwarding or supply chain coordination who wants to join a stable and expanding logistics business.

The Role
The Logistics Coordinator sits at the centre of the warehouse operation, working between customers, warehouse teams and transport planners to ensure inbound and outbound activity runs smoothly.
You will support a number of customer accounts and ensure orders, stock movements and operational communication are handled accurately within the warehouse management system.
The role is roughly a 50/50 split between system administration and customer account coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Managing administrative processes for multiple warehouse customer accounts
Processing inbound and outbound orders within the Warehouse Management System
Liaising with customers regarding bookings, stock queries and delivery schedules
Producing stock reports and operational updates
Working closely with warehouse and transport teams to meet customer deadlines
Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies or delivery queries
Supporting billing processes by capturing chargeable warehouse activity
Assisting with new account onboarding and operational documentation
Experience Required
Experience within logistics, freight forwarding or warehouse operations
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience communicating with both customers and operational teams
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Experience within ETSF or bonded warehouse environments would be advantageous due to the nature of the operation supporting Felixstowe imports.
