Zoe started her career over 24 years ago working for our sister company, MVP, within the technical support and research team. She quickly progressed through the consultancy ranks, gaining experience across all disciplines within supply chain recruitment and progressing into the role of Principal Consultant.
In 2020, Zoe moved into her current position at The Logistics Partnership, as Head of Resourcing and Talent. This was a brand-new role for our business, created in response to the UK’s ongoing talent shortage. Within this role, Zoe focuses on sourcing and delivering the best candidates for our client base across the MVP and TLP Recruitment brands, as well as identifying and attracting new talent into our own business as part of our strategic growth plans.
In her spare time, Zoe is a dedicated supporter of animal rights; having been a vegetarian from a very young age (and the last 5 years as vegan). In addition to this she is also a very crazy cat lady!

Graeme spent over 10 years working in transport and logistics before joining The Logistics Partnership in 2010. Following five years heading up our temporary recruitment brands Graeme took overall responsibility for The Logistics Partnership, which includes MVP & TLP, in 2016. Beyond this, Graeme ensures that we grow profitably by recruiting the right people, helping them to develop to their full potential and ensuring that we maintain our business culture and achieve our strategic goals.
Graeme is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. Graeme is a qualified Psychometric Practitioner, holds a national transport CPC, as well as an MBA with distinction. His final dissertation went on to be used as an international conference paper and was published in the International Journal of Applied Logistics, as well as The international Symposium on Production and Supply Chain Management.
As well as a career in Logistics and Recruitment, Graeme formerly ran, promoted and dj’d at his own club night in London where they held a residency which saw them DJ all over the country and abroad. He also plays guitar and is a total music nerd.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Nick worked in a variety of financial roles for FTSE companies before moving to the recruitment sector, joining Empresaria Group plc in 2000.
As Finance Director and later Head of the Group’s UK Businesses, Nick played a major part in the Group’s growth from a collection of UK recruitment businesses with sales of less than £10m to an AIM listed International recruitment Group with Operations in nearly 20 countries across 4 continents with revenues of over £200m. He played a major part in a large number of business acquisitions and disposals, the initial AIM IPO and a subsequent fundraising before leading the successful MBO of The Logistics Partnership from Empresaria.
Since the MBO in 2011, Nick has divided his time between The Logistics Partnership and Orchard Joint Ventures, fulfilling the role of CFO for the companies as well as providing operational and non-executive support to suit the needs of each business.
Nick also has a musical history playing in bands in his youth and still plays guitar, sings, writes and produces his own music.

Andy’s driving/logistics recruitment career started back in 1998 after spending many successful years in direct sales.
He spent the first few years working for a local & national agency before deciding to set up on his own and in 2003 set up the More Driving brand. His long-term focus was for his business to become one of if not the largest supplier of temporary/permanent drivers along the South Coast. To date Andy has helped over 700 companies both locally & nationally on a daily & weekly basis with all their driving recruitment requirements and has helped many drivers secure permanent positions within thriving companies. Beyond the local success achieved by More Driving; it was this strategy that with Andy’s support went on to be adopted by TLP and provide the ongoing template for growth.
Andy is part owner and senior partner of The Logistics Partnership group where he now has responsibility supporting nationally on a diverse range of projects and initiatives.
Andy started his career in sales in his late teens, where he built a business selling water to the rave scene in the late 80’s and early 90’s. In his spare time Andy is a motor sport and car enthusiast who can tell you anything you wish to know about any model of car from any manufacturer from the late 60’s to the present day

Rebecca spent over 7 years working in operational, compliance, and customer facing roles, before joining The Logistics Partnership at the beginning of 2022, in a brand new, group-wide role as Operations Manager.
Rebecca’s role leads our business in the maintenance and further development of a consistently high standard of quality and compliance to all of our stakeholders, internal and external. One of the main focus areas is ensuring we are up to date with legislation and best practice across the scope of our operations.
Rebecca joined us straight from Amazon, where she spent 6 years working in a variety of specialist roles including Area Manager - Amazon Fulfilment, Driver Hotline Manager - Amazon Logistics, and her most recent role prior to joining TLP, UK Audit & Compliance Manager - Amazon Logistics.
Rebecca has a Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Cert RP), and regularly attends REC Member Events.
As well as being dedicated to progressing her career in logistics, compliance and process management, Rebecca has an active social life; loving outdoor and team-based activities. She is seriously into hiking, flown Grob 115E planes, and completed a Gliding Scholarship Course.
On one flight, Rebecca actually flew under a rainbow, and when looking down, discovered they are entirely circular! So really, she was flying through the rainbow!

Rachel has worked in the learning and development profession for 17 years, working in a variety of different sectors including financial services, adult education, and HR consultancy. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) as well as a qualified Psychometric Practitioner in Thomas International’s full suite of assessments.
Rachel’s role as Head of Learning and Development is to support our two specialist Logistics and Supply Chain recruitment brands, TLP Recruitment and MVP Recruitment & Talent Solutions. Led by Rachel, The Logistics Partnership provide solutions that use psychometric assessments as part of blended coaching and learning programmes; helping to provide support and guidance to clients and candidates in unlocking the potential of an individual and/or team. Psychometric services provide feedback on behavioural characteristics, aptitude, and personality; making it easier to understand for an individual and the business, which in turn helps eliminate bias and improve communication, recruitment, diversity, development, and retention.
As you might expect, Rachel is passionate about learning and development, and is extremely proud to have achieved her 18-month CIPD diploma a few years back, all whilst going through redundancy and starting a new full-time job in a different field with a baby and toddler in tow!
Outside of work, Rachel is a lover of all things craft related and will try her hand at anything, despite having varying degrees of success!

Gemma gained her early work life experience within the freight and manufacturing industries, working a number of roles across operations, sales and customer services.
She joined TLP Recruitment in 2014 and over that time has progressed to Consultant, Senior Consultant, Business Manager, UK Business Development Manager, and most recently Regional Business Manager, managing our operations in Kent and Suffolk.
Gemma is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, Recruitment & Employment Confederation and also supports and runs the events for the CILT diversity champions, Women in Logistics.

Lori joined The Logistics Partnership in 2015 as a Trainee Accounts Assistant, and has since progressed into her current role of Finance Manager for the Group, leading her team based at Droitwich Head Office.
Lori’s repertoire of skills is incredibly diverse; as she started her career studying Law (gaining a degree in Law with Criminology), before moving on to work in several management positions within both the hospitality and retail industry. Lori is also a member of The Logistics Partnership’s Mental Health & Wellbeing Committee, a Personal Licence Holder (alcohol), a fantastic new mum, and Treasurer for the Bromsgrove Rotary Club Charity; and if all of this isn’t enough, she spends any other spare time baking the most fantastic cakes for family, friends and colleagues.
Lori has had a hugely positive impact around the business, with her infectious personality and happy demeanour!

Steve joined TLP in 2009 as an On Call Consultant covering five branches outside of normal office hours.
Prior to this he was a Consultant with TLP’s sister company, MVP, specialising in permanent and contract executive appointments within the purchasing sector.
In total he has some 40 years experience within the permanent and temporary recruitment business having previously been a Consultant, Branch Manager and Area Manager.
A gifted (in his opinion) naturally left footed footballer Steve once had a trial for Bristol Rovers (his home town team) but was found not guilty of being good enough to progress.

Carol has worked for TLP for over 20 years, playing an integral role within our business, sharing responsibility for running our ‘out of hours operation’, supporting candidates and clients during the evenings and weekends, providing much needed support when the rest of us are often sleeping soundly in our beds!
Carole worked in HM Customs and Excise before joining TLP.

Avi began her career with a leading FMCG distributor, later moving to a well-known retailer where she held logistics and inventory management roles.
After forging a successful operational career in logistics, Avi then made the move into recruitment, building herself a solid reputation within the manufacturing/own account sectors and gaining valuable experience that enabled her to take the next steps in her career.
As our Business Partner, and Regional Manager for the TLP West Midlands operation, she has impeccable credentials and unparalleled knowledge. You will find her thorough, direct, pragmatic, straightforward, knowledgeable, constructive and confidential in her approach and conduct.
Avi is a regular attendee at local networking and industry events. She is also passionate about encouraging new talent into the world of logistics and will take time out of her hectic schedule to attend local schools to support students who want to know more about the industry.
Outside of work, Avi has an active family and social life. One of her passions is regularly attending a Bhangra dance class. Avi can really bust some moves!

Chris has been with TLP Recruitment for over 13 years, starting as a Driver’s Mate then moving into an office based role. He became a Consultant within the branch a year later.
His duties involve liaising with clients , organising bookings, advertising/resourcing roles and registering candidates.
Outside of work, Chris is very much a family man and enjoys spending as much time as he can with his family, when he’s not playing darts that is!

Hayley has been with TLP since inception in 2003, when she joined as an apprentice in business and administration.
Hayley then worked her way to become Office Manager, dealing with the day to day running of the office, payroll and administrative duties for our Poole operation.
However, most recently, Hayley made the decision to embark upon a career in consultancy and is now supporting the branch in working closely with the customers and candidates to support in all aspects of temporary and permanent recruitment.

Ellie joined us in 2022 as Trainee Consultant, also supporting our operation and central compliance team by undertaking a range of activities such as payroll, compliance measurement and candidate audits.
Ellie brings with her a Business Level 3 Diploma, together with a wealth of experience in customer service, gained from a variety of industry sectors. Ellie has developed great relationships with candidates and clients and has attended a number of local networking events. As a result of her success, she was promoted to Consultant in October 2023.
As well as being dedicated to progressing her career in recruitment, Ellie has an active social life and is a valued family member; having supported and worked within her Father’s business for a number of years.

Nick is our newest addition to the TLP Felixstowe Family! He joined our Felixstowe operation in December 2022 as Trainee Consultant and will be supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates with their permanent and temporary recruitment requirements.
Nick brings with him a wealth of experience in hospitality and facilities management, customer service and sports coaching and training roles for mixed disability teams.
He graduated in 2021 with a 2:1 degree is Advanced Sports Coaching, which incorporated modules in Marketing, Management and Leadership and people development. His strengths in relationship building and customer service are already being demonstrated, as Nick is starting to develop great relationships with our candidates and clients within the local area.
Outside of work and study, Nick's passion for sports continues as he loves playing football and is very into long distance running, regularly taking part in half marathons.
