Following an MBO in 2011, TLP became part of The Logistics Partnership LLP, an amalgamation of two recruitment brands – TLP and MVP Recruitment Solutions. Our Head Office is located in the Midlands in Droitwich Spa and we have a network of branch locations in the Midlands and South.

Drivelink Network (rebranded as TLP Recruitment in 2011) is established as a joint venture with the Empresaria Group (EMG) PLC, an AIM-listed, highly profitable international recruitment group. A further branch is opened in Essex later that year.
MVP, an independent white-collar supply chain specialist recruitment business with a Head Office based in the Midlands, is acquired by EMG plc.
More Driving in Bournemouth is acquired by EMG plc.
The Logistics Network Ltd is formed through a consolidation of EMG's three main logistics businesses; Drivelink Network (now TLP Recruitment), MVP and More Driving, brought together to create a unique brand partnership offering end to end recruitment solutions for clients and candidates in the temporary and permanent recruitment markets.
TLN came into existence 1st January 2007. The head office becomes Priory House in Droitwich with the accounts and administration department migrated from EMG plc in Crawley.
Forward Prospects, a market leading freight specialist recruitment business established in 1982, is acquired by The Logistics Network Ltd and EMG plc.
Our Felixstowe branch is opened.
In May 2011 Ian Holford, Nick Hall-Palmer, Andy Hall and Graeme Doyle (all Directors/ Leaders within The Logistics Network) complete an MBO from EMG plc changing the name and trading style to The Logistics Partnership LLP (Limited Liability Partnership).
Our Southampton branch is opened.
Our Ilford branch is opened.
Graeme Doyle takes over executive responsibility for The Logistics Partnership Group. Ian Holford retains his place on the board of TLP and launches Orchard Joint Ventures, an investment business focussed on recruitment start-ups. Nick Hall-Palmer becomes CFO across both businesses and also serves on the main board for both.
Forward Prospects, Drivelink Network and More Driving are merged together to become one brand, TLP Recruitment, simplifying the group structure and expanding the overall service offering. TLP will cover temp, perm and contract, supply chain, logistics and freight recruitment from blue collar through to junior and mid-level management.
A new website for TLP is launched and our Droitwich head office undergoes a major refurbishment. MVP will continue as sister company to TLP Recruitment.
TLP Recruitment opens a new branch in Droitwich Spa. MVP is re-branded and re-launched, now focusing exclusively on mid-senior level appointments and talent solutions.
The Logistics Partnership Group appoints a new Head of Learning & Development to help develop our existing psychometric services into ongoing learning and development programmes both internally and for external clients across the TLP Recruitment and MVP brands.
