Gemma gained her early work life experience within the freight and manufacturing industries, working a number of roles across operations, sales and customer services.
She joined TLP Recruitment in 2014 and over that time has progressed to Consultant, Senior Consultant, Business Manager, UK Business Development Manager, and most recently Regional Business Manager, managing our operations in Kent and Suffolk.
Gemma is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, Recruitment & Employment Confederation and also supports and runs the events for the CILT diversity champions, Women in Logistics.

Avi began her career with a leading FMCG distributor, later moving to a well-known retailer where she held logistics and inventory management roles.
After forging a successful operational career in logistics, Avi then made the move into recruitment, building herself a solid reputation within the manufacturing/own account sectors and gaining valuable experience that enabled her to take the next steps in her career.
As our Business Partner, and Regional Manager for the TLP West Midlands operation, she has impeccable credentials and unparalleled knowledge. You will find her thorough, direct, pragmatic, straightforward, knowledgeable, constructive and confidential in her approach and conduct.
Avi is a regular attendee at local networking and industry events. She is also passionate about encouraging new talent into the world of logistics and will take time out of her hectic schedule to attend local schools to support students who want to know more about the industry.
Outside of work, Avi has an active family and social life. One of her passions is regularly attending a Bhangra dance class. Avi can really bust some moves!

Hayley has been with TLP since inception in 2003, when she joined as an apprentice in business and administration.
Hayley then worked her way to become Office Manager, dealing with the day to day running of the office, payroll and administrative duties for our Poole operation.
However, most recently, Hayley made the decision to embark upon a career in consultancy and is now supporting the branch in working closely with the customers and candidates to support in all aspects of temporary and permanent recruitment.

He delivers exceptional service to our clients and candidates for both permanent and temporary recruitment requirements. Jack is based out of our head office in Droitwich Spa.
Before joining TLP, Jack worked in finance and accountancy, building experience and honing his skills in stakeholder management.
In addition to his commitment to progressing his career in recruitment, Jack enjoys his downtime, regularly taking holidays abroad and cherishing quality family time.

Meet Tanya Rees, the latest member of the TLP Recruitment Team!
Tanya joins us as Senior Recruitment Consultant and brings experience across recruitment, sales and account management. She will be heading up the permanent recruitment for our East Anglia, Kent and Surrey regions.
Tanya began her career in media and advertising, where she had the exciting opportunity to travel the world while working closely with her clients. Nine years ago, she accidentally fell into the world of recruitment and has never looked back.
With four years of experience specialising in the Shipping and Logistics industry, Tanya prides herself in building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike and is looking forward to expanding that network even further as part of the TLP team.
Outside of work, Tanya is passionate about photography and enjoys exploring the world of natural wines and gin (though not at the same time!). She is also dedicated to supporting charities close to her heart, having taken part in unique fundraising efforts like parachute jumps and wing walks.
