Avi began her career with a leading FMCG distributor, later moving to a well-known retailer where she held logistics and inventory management roles.
After forging a successful operational career in logistics, Avi then made the move into recruitment, building herself a solid reputation within the manufacturing/own account sectors and gaining valuable experience that enabled her to take the next steps in her career.
As our Business Partner, and Regional Manager for the TLP West Midlands operation, she has impeccable credentials and unparalleled knowledge. You will find her thorough, direct, pragmatic, straightforward, knowledgeable, constructive and confidential in her approach and conduct.
Avi is a regular attendee at local networking and industry events. She is also passionate about encouraging new talent into the world of logistics and will take time out of her hectic schedule to attend local schools to support students who want to know more about the industry.
Outside of work, Avi has an active family and social life. One of her passions is regularly attending a Bhangra dance class. Avi can really bust some moves!

Hayley has been with TLP since inception in 2003, when she joined as an apprentice in business and administration.
Hayley then worked her way to become Office Manager, dealing with the day to day running of the office, payroll and administrative duties for our Poole operation.
However, most recently, Hayley made the decision to embark upon a career in consultancy and is now supporting the branch in working closely with the customers and candidates to support in all aspects of temporary and permanent recruitment.
