Do you enjoy keeping things organised, helping people and being part of a busy team where no two days are quite the same?

We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator/Branch Administrator to join our established Poole branch, supporting a busy temporary recruitment operation.

This is a varied role covering recruitment administration, candidate and temporary worker onboarding, compliance, systems, client and worker queries and general branch support. You’ll also play an important part in making sure weekly hours and payroll information is accurate and ready for our central Finance and Payroll teams.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting candidate registration, onboarding, assignment administration and compliance checks.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate, worker, client, vacancy and booking information across our CRM and other systems.
  • Preparing recruitment and branch documentation and keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Providing day-to-day support to clients and temporary workers, resolving routine queries or escalating where needed.
  • Collating and checking weekly hours and payroll information before submission to our central Finance and Payroll teams.
  • Preparing reports, trackers and updates for the Branch Manager.
  • Providing general operational and administrative support to the Poole team.
  • Looking for practical ways to improve branch administration, systems and day-to-day processes.

About You

Previous recruitment experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential.

You may already work in recruitment administration, or come from administration, customer service, account support, logistics, transport or another fast-paced service environment.

Experience with timesheets, payroll inputs or compliance would be helpful, but we’re equally interested in someone with the right organisation, attitude and ability to learn.

You’ll ideally be someone who:

  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Can manage several priorities and deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Enjoys dealing with people and providing a good service.
  • Is confident using systems and learning new processes.
  • Takes ownership, follows things through and is comfortable chasing information when needed.
  • Is willing to flag issues and suggest better ways of doing things.
  • Works well independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.

What’s in it for you?

  • £26,000–£28,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time hours).
  • Team-based incentives and rewards, including our branch commission scheme.
  • Work for an independent business owned by the people who work here.
  • Training, mentoring and wider learning and development opportunities.
  • Support from experienced recruitment, Finance, Payroll and central teams.
  • Holiday allowance that increases with service.
  • A range of health and wellbeing benefits.
  • The opportunity to develop your role and take on more responsibility as our Poole branch continues to grow.

Working hours

This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the right person.

Our standard full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, but we’re happy to consider different part-time hours or days for the right person.

This is an office-based role in Poole.
