Warehouse Parcel Sorter

TLP are currently recruiting for a Warehouse/Parcel Sorter for our client based in Gillingham, Dorset. This is an ongoing position offering regular hours, with full training provided. Previous warehouse experience is not essential, although a reliable attitude and good work ethic is essential.

• Pay: £13.40 per hour
• Working hours: 10.00am - 18.30
• Start date: 2nd November
• Weekly pay

What will you be doing?

• Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently
• Packing parcels and preparing items for dispatch
• Following site procedures and health and safety requirements
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Some heavy lifting may be involved
• Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with or without warehouse experience.

What do we need from you?

• A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Have good attention to detail
• Be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
• Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Be able to provide a Basic DBS Certificate - this is essential
• Wear appropriate work clothing - shorts are not permitted on site
• Mobile phones are not permitted on site and must be left securely in your vehicle
