Temporary recruitment solutions

We can provide a fast and efficient turnaround, supplying you with quality temporary workers for your business requirements across a wide range of sectors. This is great for clients when they are unable to commit to a permanent hire, or where they are experiencing peaks and troughs in their labour requirements.

Project based recruitment/high volume recruitment campaigns

We work in partnership with our sister company, MVP Recruitment Solutions, to resource temporary, contract and permanent positions for project based or large scale recruitment campaigns, including onsite recruitment of blue- and white-collar workers.

Database/Contingent Search Service

Clients who engage us on a database search are usually looking for a quick turnaround for their temporary and/or permanent recruitment requirements.

They obtain immediate access to candidates on our database, which is supplemented from searches of a number of specialist market resources we invest in and our candidate networks. For non-confidential roles, we also advertise the position across multiple channels, dependent on the specific role and sector.

Retained Assignment

This service offers a more dedicated and focused approach than a pure database search. Once TLP has received signed confirmation of engagement of our services, we will outline the strategy and timescales in writing.

By engaging us on our retained service we are taking on the commitment of delivering your hire; streamlining and reducing the overall costs of your recruitment processes.

Executive Search/Headhunt

More typically associated with mid to senior level positions, although can be utilised for roles that are confidential or where the talent pool is very limited/specific and hard to find skills. Our sister company, MVP, partners with a number of clients who are looking to recruit talent that is usually in very short supply. They need to engage a ‘headhunter’ who is able to employ a proactive search methodology targeting both passive talent – candidates who are either employed or not seeking a role change – as well as those who may be active in the job market. They search the whole talent pool.
