Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm / 10pm–6am)

The Role

A well-established manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Lead Operator to join their production team. This is a hands-on role, supporting daily operations while leading by example on the shop floor.

You will play a key part in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are met across rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support production operators during shifts
• Monitor production output, quality, and performance
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Carry out basic machine checks and troubleshooting
• Complete production paperwork and shift handovers
• Support training and guidance of team members
• Escalate issues to supervisors or management when required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience as a Lead Operator, Senior Operator, or Team Leader preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
• A hands-on, reliable approach
