General Operative - Hereford

Our client, a leading provider of heat treatment and thermal processing, is currently recruiting General Operatives based in Hereford. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full training provided and clear career progression.

Duties Include:

Machine setting and operation
Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment
Reporting equipment faults or performance issues
Communicating problems or improvement opportunities to management

Shifts:

3-week rotating pattern of days and nights
Average 39 hours per week
Days: 7am – 7pm (Monday to Friday)
Nights: 7pm – 7am (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rates:

£13.00 – £13.81 per hour (depending on experience)
Overtime: £19.50 – £20.72 per hour (over standard weekly hours)
