Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 4:30pm – 1:00am

TLP Recruitment Southampton are recruiting a skilled Forklift Driver to join a busy and growing logistics operation based in Totton. This is a great opportunity to secure long term, stable work with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Your Role

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Work primarily on a pivot truck (counterbalance licences also accepted)
• Support warehouse operations, including stock movement and organisation
• Carry out daily equipment and safety checks
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Pivot or Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to commit to a regular Sunday to Thursday late shift
