CNC Setter – Hereford

£13.50 – £16.00 per hour depending on experience. We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Setter to join a well-established engineering company based in the Hereford area. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable manufacturer known for producing high-quality engineered products.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting and operating CNC machines
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Performing tool changes and machine adjustments
Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets specifications
Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace

Requirements:

Previous experience as a CNC Setter or similar role
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
