TLP Recruitment Southampton are working with a long-established local business who are looking for an experienced Class 2 / Cat C Driver to join their busy team based in Fareham.

This is a Temp to Perm, full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 06:15 – 17:15, though finish times may vary depending on your route and delivery schedule. Once your work is completed, you’re done for the day. No weekend work required.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers excellent service every time. You’ll be carrying out multi-drop deliveries of timber and panel products to a range of customers, with a mix of mechanical offloads and manual handling.

A forklift or combi-lift licence would be great to have, but not essential. Previous experience in timber or building materials is beneficial but not required – the right attitude and reliability are what really matter.

What you’ll need:

• Class 2 / Cat C licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Card
• No more than 6 points (no DD or CD)
• Previous multi-drop experience
• Flexible, customer-focused, and a team player
