With over 135 years of success, this industry-leading provider of business supplies and services continues to grow and theyre looking for an experienced Product Manager -New Categories & Innovation to lead the charge in identifying, sourcing, and launching exciting new products across emerging categories and verticals.

As the business diversifies into new markets, this role is critical to building a future-fit portfoliobringing fresh, viable product concepts to life and delivering long-term commercial impact

 

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Lead the expansion into new and emerging product categories in line with strategic growth plans
  • Identify, source, and onboard new suppliers and brands to broaden the offering
  • Manage the full product lifecyclefrom concept and business case through to launch and performance analysis
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to spot opportunities
  • Build compelling product propositions and go-to-market strategies
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and commercial terms
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing, quality, legal, and brand standards
  • Collaborate with Category Management, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales to drive launches
  • Build and manage a forward-looking roadmap for new product/category introductions
  • Monitor product performance and lead continuous improvement

 

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven experience in Product Management, Buying, or Category Development
  • Experience launching new product categories, brands, or verticals
  • Ability to create and pitch business cases to senior leadership
  • Strong market analysis and commercial evaluation skills
  • Confident negotiator with excellent supplier sourcing and relationship management abilities
  • Creative thinking with the ability to translate insights into innovative product strategies
  • Highly organised, data-driven, and results-focused
