TLP Recruitment are recruiting HGV Class 1 Night Trampers on behalf of a Fresh Freight Group to join their team at their Essex site. This is a Temporary - Permanent opportunity offering immediate starts this Friday, working Monday to Friday with 4:00am start times and tramping required. Shifts can be up to 12 hours per day.

What You Will Be Doing:

Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use.
Arrive at jobs on time and inform the traffic office of any delays or issues.
Follow all company procedures, customer procedures and the Highway Code.
Maintain high health and safety standards at all times.
Complete all deliveries and collections as manifested.
Comply with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
Keep the vehicle clean and tidy.
Carry out pallet truck and tail lift deliveries as required.

Shift Information:

Monday – Friday
4:00am start times
Up to 12-hour shifts
Tramping required
Immediate starts available this Friday

What We’re Looking For:

Full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence – minimum 2 years’ experience preferred.
Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) / Driver CPC.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
Good communication skills.
Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach.
