Pallet Network Coordinator

£30-35,000 plus bonus and benefits

Great opportunity to support a logistics operations team to oversee their network operations, ensuring that relationships, performance and improvements is lead across the network.

Responsibilities:
•    Manage day-to-day pallet network operations across the Southwest.
•    Coordinate freight movements with partner depots, ensuring all deliveries and collections meet service standards.
•    Oversee load management, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and KPIs.
•    Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement improvements to maintain service excellence.
•    Maintain strong relationships with customers and network partners, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
•    Ensure all compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements are met.

Requirements:
•    Previous experience in a similar Pallet Network environment
•    Experience in customer management
•    Excellent communication skills
