Mobile Trailer Technician

A well-established vehicle and asset rental organisation is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician to join their team.

The Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on trailers located at customer sites, using the company’s fully equipped Mobile service van. This is a mobile, customer-facing role requiring a high standard of workmanship and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain trailers at customer locations
• Operate from a fully equipped mobile service van
• Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures
• Strictly adhere to health & safety policies at all times

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Previous experience working with trailers, HGVs, or similar vehicles (HGV C&G advantageous)
• Ability and willingness to follow company processes and H&S policies
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
