TLP Recruitment are seeking an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Driver to work for our client based in the Southampton Docks area. This is an ongoing opportunity offering stable, full-time hours and the chance to work within a busy container operation.

Our client operates within the port logistics sector, supporting container movements across the South. They are now looking for a reliable and professional tramper driver who is confident working within the docks environment.

£17.00 per hour (PAYE)
£25 night out allowance
Day shifts – 06:00 – 18:00
Tramping role – regular nights out required
Ongoing, consistent work
Weekly Pay – get paid on time, every time

What do we need from you?

Valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Valid DP World Card (essential)
Previous container driving experience preferred
Maximum 6 points (no INs or DRs, due to insurance)
Good knowledge of port procedures and safety
Positive, can-do attitude
Reliability and flexibility

Duties will include:

Container deliveries and collections from Southampton Docks
Tramping work with nights out during the week
Ensuring all loads are transported safely and efficiently
Following all port and road safety regulations
