Van Delivery Driver

Job Description:

Location: Eastleigh
Pay: £17.53 per hour
Hours: 07:00-17:00 or 08:30-18:00 (45 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

TLP Recruitment Southampton are currently recruiting Van Delivery Drivers for a well-established parcel delivery operation based in Eastleigh.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, customer-focused drivers looking for consistent Monday to Friday work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

The Role

• Multi-drop parcel deliveries across the local area
• Deliver parcels safely and on time while providing excellent customer service
• Use a handheld scanner with built-in route optimisation
• Carry out daily vehicle checks before starting your route
• Maintain accurate delivery records
• Work efficiently to complete your scheduled deliveries

What We're Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Maximum 6 penalty points (No DR or IN endorsements)
• Previous multi-drop or delivery driving experience is preferred
• Good geographical knowledge and confident using satellite navigation
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Able to provide a full 5-year employment history within the UK (required for vetting)
• Basic DBS check (can be completed during the onboarding process)
