The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join us, based at our well-established operation in Poole, which has a fantastic reputation within the local market.

As Branch Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in our success by you will providing comprehensive support to our team of Recruitment Consultants throughout the whole recruitment process for both temporary and permanent positions.

Key activities will include:

  • Provide general admin/telephone/operational support to ensure first class customer service to our candidates and clients.
  • Source potential candidates utilising  a wide variety of sources including, the company CRM, gaining referrals, a variety of job board platforms….
  • Pre-screen (telephone screening) candidates to assess suitability, and motivation for specific job roles.
  • Conduct Candidate registrations for temporary positions, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and accurately recorded
  • Prepare and format CV's to be sent to clients
  • Maintain and update our database with candidate information and job placements.
  • Support with any ad hoc business development/commercial marketing activities as requested

What are we looking for?

  • Previous significant experience working within a fast paced admin or resourcing role within recruitment or operations.
  • Proactive and able to deal with and prioritise a variety of tasks and support a number of business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to support a variety of areas within busy branch operations.
  • Excellent admin, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Although this is an office based role, Monday to Friday 8.30am -5pm, we are a flexible employer and can offer some flexibility to the right candidate. Also part-time hours/days will be considered, salary on a pro rata basis.
