The Opportunity
This is a key role at the heart of our operations — ideal for someone with solid experience in payroll admin or finance admin who enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be supporting payroll administration for two busy branches (Maidstone & Felixstowe), taking ownership of key admin and payroll tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing weekly payroll admin processes for temporary candidates across both branches, confirming hours and costs with clients and and dealing with queries or any issues.
- Act as the main liaison between the branch and our internal finance/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Work as a branch team to provide telephone/operational support to ensure first class customer service to our candidates and clients.
- Assist with office, recruitment, and admin duties as needed.

Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in payroll admin or finance administration, ideally in a fast-paced, service-focused setting.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communicator, good on the telephone.
- Confident, self-sufficient, and comfortable making decisions and prioritising tasks.
This is an office/branch based role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm. Other working hours may be considered for the right candidate.
