Our prestigious client are looking for an experienced Project / Launch Manager to join a leading automotive operation in Redditch. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven background in the automotive sector.

What you’ll do:

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers for smooth execution
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver customer value
• Perform risk management and resolve project challenges quickly

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years’ experience in the automotive sector (essential)
• Strong project management and logistics background
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Customer-facing, natural leader with a proactive mindset
• Continuous improvement experience (essential)

Hours

• Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
