**Warehouse Project Manager Required** to join a UK leading, international multimodal freight logistics provider at their site based in Stanford-Le-Hope.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations — from goods-in and inventory control to order fulfilment and dispatch. The role demands strong leadership, continuous process improvement, and effective resource management to maintain high operational standards and support wider business objectives.

Warehouse Project Manager – Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of warehouse and logistics projects
- Work closely with Transport and forwarding departments
- Identify, recommend, and implement changes and enhancements to the department as required.
- Take responsibility for the solution creation and implementation for any specific logistics projects
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement
- Manage automation system implementations and vendor partnerships
- Track KPIs and report progress to senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Warehouse Project Manager – Requirements
- Hands-on experience with warehouse automation technologies
- Previous transit operation management experience (Desirable)
- Proven project management experience in warehouse/logistics environments
- Change management experience (Desirable)
- Full UK Driver’s License
- Familiarity with WMS, automation tech, and project management tools
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods
- Full UK driving license
