Looking for a role where no two days are the same, youre part of a solid team, and you actually get to use your brain? International Logistics company are growing their warehousing and logistics team and need someone organised, switched-on, and up for getting stuck in.

Youll be helping manage the fulfilment and movement of goods across the UK and Europe making sure orders go out smoothly, systems are updated, and customers stay happy.

What youll actually be doing:

  • Talking to customers daily (email + phone) to sort container intakes, collections, and deliveries
  • Using Destin8 to track orders, receipts, and deliveries (dont worry well train you)
  • Working closely with warehouse teams, traffic planners, customers, and hauliers to keep things moving
  • Making sure everythings logged correctly and meets HMRC requirements
  • Supporting invoicing by keeping records accurate (details matter here )
  • Building good relationships with customers being someone they trust
  • Confirming delivery and collection details as needed
  • Helping customers out with general questions and advice
