Location: Southampton

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: £27,000 per annum

We are seeking a proactive and organised Transport Administrator/Planner to join a busy and dynamic team in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in transport or logistics, or an entry-level candidate eager to start a career in the industry. The role is temporary to permanent, offering a fantastic chance to become a long-term part of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PM team to ensure the smooth daily running of the transport operation.
• Support and manage drivers throughout their shifts.
• Act as the main point of contact for drivers and customers, handling queries via phone and email.
• De-brief day drivers when they return.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
• Verify all scanning documentation for accuracy and completeness.

• Confidence using IT systems, email, and messaging platforms.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
