We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Evesham for a Trainee Powder Coater / Sprayer to join their growing team.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career within manufacturing.

The Role

As a Trainee Powder Coater / Sprayer, you'll learn how to prepare and coat a variety of components using powder coating equipment, ensuring a high-quality finish. You'll work alongside experienced team members who will provide full training and support.

Responsibilities

• Preparing components for powder coating.
• Learning how to apply powder coatings to a high standard.
• Hanging and removing parts from production lines.
• Carrying out visual quality checks.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Keeping your work area clean and organised.
• Supporting the production team where required.
