Monday – Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) - Hybrid

In this fast-paced role, you'll play a key part in processing technical specifications, managing live project documentation, reviewing inspection reports, issuing guarantees, and handling enquiries from internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the Technical Department
- Liaise with clients, Area Technical Managers, and Site Technicians
- Handle internal and external telephone enquiries
- Manage documentation for live projects and notifications
- Produce and process technical specifications
- Review inspection reports and issue guarantees
- Prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Work with custom databases, Microsoft Word, and Excel
What We're Looking For:
- A technically minded individual with a keen eye for detail
- Strong spelling, grammar, and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- High accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Proven IT skills and experience in a similar administrative role
