What will you be doing?

As a Rework Operative, your duties may include:

• Correcting and reworking orders or products.
• Repacking items where required.
• Relabelling products and packaging.
• Replacing damaged packaging.
• Correcting incorrect picks.
• Checking products for accuracy and quality.
• Supporting returns and labelling operations.
• Carrying out light manual handling duties.
• Working across different areas of the warehouse as required.
• Following all company Health & Safety procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

What do we need from you?

• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Physically fit and comfortable with light manual handling.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good level of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good understanding of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
