As part of an ambitious growth plan, the company is expanding its Product Development Team and looking for a strategic, hands-on Own Label Product Manager to drive the next phase of innovation.

This is your chance to lead the full product journey from concept to shelf and make your mark across a dynamic portfolio of own label brands.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define and execute brand propositions that fuel year-on-year growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to launch.
  • Shape brand identity in collaboration with marketing.
  • Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Own and deliver a strategic Own Label Development Plan.
  • Negotiate confidently with suppliers on cost, lead times, and quality.
  • Ensure every product meets legal, safety, and brand standards.
  • Sign off on samples, packaging, and final production.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Procurement, Purchasing, and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

 

What You Bring:

  • Solid experience in product development or buying, ideally in own/private label.
  • Sharp negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, sourcing, and compliance.
  • Commercially savvy with a creative edge for product innovation.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5% of the time).
