TLP Recruitment Southampton are currently recruiting for a hardworking and reliable Machine Operative / Labourer to join a busy and well-established operation based in Southampton.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Role

• Operating a large automated pallet washing machine
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Carrying out quality checks
• Keeping work areas clean and safe
• Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Please note: this role involves heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday rotating shifts:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 13:45 – 21:45

Some day shifts may also be required:

• 08:00 – 16:45

Overtime paid after 8 hours per day.

• Previous warehouse or labouring experience beneficial
• Ability to work as part of a team
