We are recruiting for our client in Wareham who is seeking a Class 2 Driver to operate rigid tippers within their quarrying operation. This is a secure, long-term role with competitive pay and ongoing CPC training provided.

Location: Wareham, Dorset

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: £15.00 per hour

Duties

• Operate Class 2 rigid tippers safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials between the quarry, processing sites, and local storage.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
• Follow driver hours, tachograph regulations, and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well-presented company vehicle.
• Contribute to a safe and professional working environment.

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (LGV) licence & Driver CPC.
• Previous experience driving rigid tippers, ideally in a quarry or construction environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
• Physically capable of handling job demands.
• Well-organised, responsible and able to manage time effectively.
