Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 + Performance Bonus

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Dispatch Supervisor to champion their dispatch operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You’ll Do:
• Take full ownership of the dispatch function — you’ll be the go-to person ensuring smooth and efficient outbound operations.
• Lead by example on the warehouse floor and support the wider logistics/warehouse team.
• Streamline operations
• Solve problems quickly, communicate clearly, and keep things moving — even when under pressure.
• Champion safety, accuracy, and high standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in dispatch or warehouse operations — ideally with some leadership or supervisory exposure.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the drive to go above and beyond.
• Someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow with the business long term.
• Flexible and adaptable — weekend availability or late finishes may occasionally be required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
