Digital Marketing Executive – Ipswich

Monday – Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 basic salary + an excellent benefits package

OTE - £33,000 - £33,750

 

 

Are you a creative, data-driven digital marketer ready to take ownership of digital strategy in a growing company?

 

Leading name in the construction industry, are on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join their dynamic team. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, managing digital channels, and using data to drive decision-making we want to hear from you.

 

Youll work closely with the Marketing Manager to lead their digital presence from optimising their websites and managing content, to running effective campaigns across web, email, and social channels. This is your opportunity to make a measurable impact and help shape the future of their brand online.

 

What Youll Be Doing:

 

  • Take ownership of our websites ensuring functionality, SEO optimisation, engaging content, and user experience are all on point.
  • Work with internal teams to create compelling web pages and content within brand guidelines.
  • Manage and track digital campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate quality B2B leads.
  • Deliver SEO/SEM strategies, PPC, and email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Execute and analyse A/B testing and optimisation strategies.
  • Monitor digital KPIs, track performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Create and schedule social media content using tools like Hootsuite, monitor engagement, and report on campaign success.
  • Support the development of video and visual content for online platforms.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and partners to execute digital initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new tactics and tools.

 

What Were Looking For:

 

  • 3+ yearsexperience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, meta data, and performance optimisation.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), A/B testing, and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with PPC, email marketing, and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and scheduling content across platforms.
