We’re looking for an experienced Customs & Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join a busy and growing international Freight Forwarding company
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on customs experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment, managing shipments and working with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas agents.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing customs clearance for European and Rest of World shipments
- Preparing and submitting customs declarations
- Monitoring shipments and resolving any issues or delays
- Coordinating transport and liaising with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas agents
- Maintaining accurate shipment records and documentation
- Supporting freight forwarding operations and administration
- Assisting with compliance and audit reporting
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customs, freight forwarding, logistics or shipping
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
- Experience with Verso, Descartes, Destin8, CNS or IPAFFS would be an advantage
