TLP Recruitment are currently looking to fill a vacancy for a customer service role based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. The right person will ideally have had previous experience in an office environment, be good with computers and have previous telephone experience in a business capacity. You will be responsible for delivering good customer service both internally and externally as the face of the contact centre.
· Weekly Pay
· Shifts either 10am-7pm
· £10ph & £14.25 OT after 40 hours for first 13 weeks
· Permanent salary £20,800 on a 40-hour contract.
· Previous experience in an office environment
· Previous telephone experience – ability to communicate professionally both in the office and on the telephone
· Customer service experience a must
· Data entry
· Experience with excel extracting and manipulation of data
· 5 years solid work history
· No criminal record
· Team player
· Good with computers
· Ability to adapt
· IT Literate and MS package proficient
