What You'll Be Doing
As our next Retail Account Manager, you’ll be the friendly voice at the end of the phone helping our customers get exactly what they need – and maybe a little more!
Your mission:
- Grow and nurture relationships with an existing customer base
- Proactively pick up the phone to generate new business through outbound calls
- Reconnect with lapsed accounts and remind them why they loved working with us
- Maximise product lines, boost profitability, and make every call count
- Work closely with a supportive B2B sales team to hit (and smash!) targets
- Help make office supply ordering smoother, smarter, and maybe even fun
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience
- A confident and friendly telephone manner – you're comfortable chatting with anyone
- Naturally curious, with a knack for spotting opportunities
- A team player who’s also self-motivated
- Bonus points if you know your way around office supplies (but not a deal-breaker!)
