Weighbridge Administrator, Wimborne 
Salary: £35,148.75 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 17:30pm; Alternative Saturdays, 07:00am - 12:00pm

 We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weighbridge Administrator to join our client's team. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of the weighbridge system, ensuring accurate weighing and recording of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing vehicles, including load details and weights.
  • Manage and update the database with all relevant weighbridge data.
  • Liaise with drivers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including filing, reporting, and responding to queries.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on the weighbridge equipment to ensure it is operating efficiently.
  • Support management in the analysis and reporting of data.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for alternative Saturdays.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
