Warehouse Stock Controller

An excellent opportunity to join a market leading manufacturer. They are seeking an individual to manage warehouse inventory and to ensure stock is available to meet customer orders.

Control of all stock within the warehouse
Recording and controlling any received and returned product
Creation of all pick notes and delivery notes from the system in coordination with the Transport Planner
Confirmation of all pick reporting as and when complete on system
Liaison with head office with regards to delivery queries, product enquiries, sample requests and other requests as and when they occur
Control the completion of customer specific delivery requirement procedures and documents and labels as and when required
Stock movements within the system
Ensuring stock is reworked as required via internal and external staff where required
Carrying out and recording perpetual and periodical stock counts, and investigating and reporting any discrepancies
Management of annual stock count in late December
Liaison with the Supply Chain Manager over the booking of inward deliveries
Management of new products packaging and waste information and completion of stock information sheet

The ideal candidate will have a strong stock control background with excellent inventory skills. Knowledge of excel would be of advantage.
