£10.50 - £11.30 per hour

Monday to Friday work

TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator for a busy warehouse based near Worcester.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones

• Covering reception

• Using company IT systems

• Resolving customer complaints and issues

• Managing returns area within the warehouse

Person Specification

• IT Literate able to use Windows and other computer packages

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication skills

• Self-motivated and a team player
