Job Description:

TLP Recruitment are looking for reliable Van Delivery Drivers for a busy parcel operation in Eastleigh. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers who want steady weekday work, good pay, and a professional environment.

What’s on offer:

• £14.25 per hour (PAYE)
• Monday to Friday, 10:00–20:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
• No weekend work
• Weekly pay, every Friday
• Full training and route support provided

The role:

• Multi-drop parcel deliveries (around 40–60 drops per day)
• Delivery only – no collections
• Use handheld scanner with built-in sat nav and route optimisation
• Ensure parcels are delivered safely, on time, and with great customer service

What you’ll need:

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points, no DR or IN offences)
• Able to provide 5 years employment history in the UK (for vetting purposes)
• Basic DBS check (can be completed during onboarding)
• Reliable, organised, and confident working independently
