An excellent opportunity to join a successful business to manage their customers technical transport and warehouse issues. The role will be to resolve issues by phone and email using their inhouse system in line with Company Order Accuracy Targets.
- Main point of contact for customers by telephone and email
- Handle, resolve and record all customer complaints
- Register all new customers onto the system
- Creating reports so you need to have intermediate excel skills
The ideal candidate will be a good team player with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will also possess excellent IT skills to manage various systems.
