The Role..
Support Account Manager and Department Head in management of companies key accounts, whilst providing first line support for the Service Support & Service Desk
Ensure reactive works, planned works and support is accurately completed and recorded whilst adhering to SLAs
Organize and provide specific equipment training and specific equipment parts management support
Support, monitor and control any specific company projects
Provide technical and parts support to Internal Service Desk team and client base
Working alongside engineers to ensure clients needs are met
Ensure set procedures are followed
Provide accurate reports detailing performance
Liaise with external service partners

£35-40000 per annum
Company performance bonus
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
What are we looking for from you?
Engineering or Technical support experience
Reliability commute to Hereford or plan to relocate
Excellent customer service
Knowledge of refrigeration and F-Gas qualification preferable but not essential
