Sales Administrator 


Monday to Friday 

TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a busy office near Bromsgrove. 


  • Respond and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and e-mail

  • Process telephone, e-mail, internet of both trade and retail customers 

  • Respond and follow up order tracking enquiries by telephone and email

  • Maintain relationships with shipping partners 

  • Ensure customers are receiving a high level of service 

  • Some face-to-face customer interaction 

  • Assist aftercare sales team

  • Liaise between internal departments

  • General office duties

Person Specification 

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills

  • IT literate able to use windows and other computer packages
