Respond and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and e-mail
Process telephone, e-mail, internet of both trade and retail customers
Respond and follow up order tracking enquiries by telephone and email
Maintain relationships with shipping partners
Ensure customers are receiving a high level of service
Some face-to-face customer interaction
Assist aftercare sales team
Liaise between internal departments
General office duties
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
IT literate able to use windows and other computer packages
