The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Ipswich team on a temporary basis during a particularly busy period. You’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative, telephone, and operational support to deliver first-class customer service to our candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records.
- Assist with candidate registrations when required.
- Support ad hoc office, administrative, and marketing activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role (recruitment experience would be a bonus).
- Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using systems and quick to learn new ones.

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
