Recruitment Administrator – Ipswich – Temporary Position

The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Ipswich team on a temporary basis during a particularly busy period. You’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative, telephone, and operational support to deliver first-class customer service to our candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records.
  • Assist with candidate registrations when required.
  • Support ad hoc office, administrative, and marketing activities as needed.

You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment where we truly value what each person brings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role (recruitment experience would be a bonus).
  • Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident using systems and quick to learn new ones.

  • Office-based role in Ipswich
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Some flexibility may be available for the right candidate
