TLP are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a successful and growing business. This role is day based working Monday to Friday.

• Planning, organising, directing and running optimum day-to-day production operations to exceed customer expectation.
• Increasing production, assets, capacity and flexibility whilst minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining high quality standards.
• Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time finishing.
• To drive continuous improvement and optimization of all production processes.

The ideal candidate will have a production management background with good IT and people management skills. Experience of working with timber would be of advantage.
