Job Description 

Our company has a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for someone who enjoys administration work. The position is in RM20. As part of the job, you will check in drivers and distribute paperwork at the site entrance. This is an exceptional opportunity for a person who seeks to gain some experience in administration and who also likes to work in a challenging environment with opportunities to learn and grow. 


Hours of Work 

37 hours per week - mixed shifts with rest between them

6:00 start for day shifts 

18:00 start for night shifts



£11.80 per hour


 Candidate Requirements

  • Processing UK and continental drivers to site at the entrance from a cabin

  • Good communication skills

  • Good computer skills, training will be given

  • Able to work under pressure, with a proactive approach

  • Flexibility

  • Working with two other members within the cabin

  • Attention to detail

  • Good basic office skills

  • Logistics experience desirable
