Customer Service Advisor (Shipping/IT)

TLP Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Advisor(s) for our Felixstowe based client.

The desired person needs to have experience with the following:

  • Shipping
  • Freight forwarding
  • Customs Clearance procedures
  • Problem solving

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be at ease dealing with customers (on the phone/email) and be willing to attend external training courses as needed. You are a good problem solver with an analytical brain.
