Job Description:

TLP Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join a dynamic team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership. Ideally you will have experience working in the Motorhome/car dealership industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer care and build strong relationships with customers.
• Inform and consult customers on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and address any queries or concerns.
• Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Promote and sell additional products and services to customers.
• Ensure that customers are aware of necessary service and repair work.
• Advise customers on timelines and collection arrangements.
• Produce job cards on the in-house computer system.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as a Service Admin or Service Advisor would be desired.
• Experience in the Motorhome/car dealership industry
• Proven ability to sell additional products and services.
• Drive, commitment, and enthusiasm.
