Commissioning Engineer

£35,000 - £45,000 (Salary D.O.E.)

TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Commissioning Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing company in the automotive industry based in Worcester/Malvern.

Job Description:

• On site system electrical installations & Fault Finding
• Calibrating and setting up electronic data on electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with CAD Software
• Client site/Office based
• Performing test runs and gathering results
• To provide initial customer training in operation of the supplied system
• The following of commissioning steps and checks
• Experience with fabricating components and understanding tooling requirements
• Making improvements to, and offering advice about, operational procedures.

Requirements:

- Self Driven

- Good knowledge of CAD Software

- Experience in a similar role is desirable. (Automotive)

- Engineering background and understanding of commissioning systems.

- To travel across the UK and Overseas when necessary

- Technically minded with a solution based attitude

- UK driving license desirable as the role will require you to travel to clients and work away from home
