We are currently looking for a contract customer service advisor for our client, a blue chip logistics business in the Snodland area. The role will include general compliance, transport and operational administrative support. The successful applicant will assist their team in delivering the High level of service and excellence to their clients across the south east.
Although not essential candidates with previous administrative experience gained within a fast moving transport/logistics or recruitment environment are encouraged to apply. All sucsessful candidates will do some admin tasks (paperwork, filing, Excel, emails, answering calls, etc) also has a background and skillset in customer service. Whilst our customer don’t have incoming calls from customers they do make a large number of outgoing calls to customers to discuss their delivery - if it’s late, failing due to (van break down, driving hours, no resource, etc) or any other issues so require someone who can deal with unhappy customers, solution focused, empathetic, resilient.
